A brief line to thank you so much for your advice earlier today. We have been using integrated labels from an alternative (more expensive!) source for a little while now and always had feed problems in our laser printers.

Within five minutes of calling you the problems have gone for good. Your advice to flip the output by 180 degrees in the Laser printer settings has allowed me to put the sheets into the paper tray so that the printer picks them up from the non label end and they now feed completely without issue.

I have just placed an order online for 40 boxes of Single Style C and look forward to doing so regularly from now on.

By the way I’m quite sure I’m not alone with this experience so it would pay to put this advice in your FAQ page.

In these busy times it is often difficult to find time to say thank you but I really felt I should. If I am honest I have bought integrated labels from other people before but yours are unquestionably the best. Good sturdy shrink wrapped boxes and very clearly marked. I don’t know what it is but the paper used for your sheets just seems to have a quality feel and presentation I have not come across before. The labels peel out easily but stick extremely well to the boxes and jiffy bags we use. Absolutely no running problems to date and, lastly every sheet has the reorder details discretely printed on the back in pale grey to make life so much easier when supplies dwindle – truly inspired!

We've been really busy after appearing in Saturday and Sundays Times last weekend and have already run out of the sheets you sent the other day.

I can't tell you how much easier it made our paperwork to have those integrated labels. I only wish our computer driver would speed up now.

That's a much more expensive job to sort for later.

Thank you very much indeed for saving us – when I called at 16.45 to see if there was ANY chance of at least one box (or even just a few sheets!) going out that night I really didn’t think I stood a chance. The prospect of having to go back to scissors and sellotape the next day was appalling. Even when I was politely told that you would ‘do your best’ I suppose I thought I was just being reassured as you left for the evening.

You can only imagine my delight when at 09.20 the next day all 10 boxes turned up!
