Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site and select the items that you wish to buy. Add the required quantity to your basket and proceed to checkout your purchases. Paypal payements are accepted. Credit card payments are accepted by NatWest Streamline via Protx secure server link. Extensive security checks, including '3D Secure' are made before goods are released for despatch.

Regular customers can also choose to pay by cheque (cheques should be made payable to Priory Business Print PLC) or open a credit account subject to credit status and specific terms & conditions (application form and terms available on request).

Shipping And Handling
Deliveries for orders placed and paid for by 4pm in the Mainland UK will usually be despatched the same day by next day courier service, orders for other locations will be dispatched on a 2 to 3 day service.

Back Orders
If for any reason we do not have sufficient stock to satisfy your order, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
We automatically charge VAT at 17.5% on ALL European Sales, if you are VAT exempt, please notify us.

Price Promise
Because of our size and experience in the field we are confident that our pricing is extremely competitive. None the less, should you find paper of an identical specification at a lower price in the UK within seven days of purchasing from us we will aim to beat or match the price. The paper must be available off-shelf and prices must include next-day carriage. We must, however, reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the paper to us. You must return the paper within 5 working days of receipt and you must pay for the return carriage. Please note that no liability for lost return consignments can be accepted. The paper must be unused and in perfect condition. If we are happy with the condition of the goods upon receipt we will issue a refund for the price paid less the outgoing carriage charges. We reserve the right to make a 10% re-stocking charge.
